RxPharmChat is one of the most visited websites in the world that caters to patients’ health and medication related concerns. We take pride in being able to meet this goal through the features we provide on our platform, including our most utilized live chat feature.

When I founded RxPharmchat, I had a goal in mind to reach millions of patients and users. Since inception, we have been able to empower our users to take charge and control of their health through the medication education and other services that we provide. In doing so, we hope and continue to help our users reduce their overall healthcare cost burden by making a better and informed decisions about their health.

For us to keep meeting this important goal, we run advertisements on our website in addition to our available subscription plans. However, we made sure that the advertisements do not get in the way of all the important and educative information our visitors are looking to obtain from our website.

We are continuously working to anticipate and meet the needs of our visitors daily. We believe we can help bridge the gap between our visitors and the medications they consume- reducing healthcare cost and saving lives one visitor at a time.

Membership and Subscription

A)  Once you are registered and signed-up for a plan, your membership will continue for the term of the subscription plan. To use our platform, you must have Internet access and an electronic web device and provide us with a current, valid, accepted method of payment.

B)  We offer a few membership plans which may differ in conditions and limitations. This will be disclosed during the sign-up process or in other communications made available to you.

C)  Billing: The membership subscription fee for the RxPharmChat service and any other charges you may incur in connection with the use of our site, such as taxes and possible transaction fees, will be charged to your Payment Method on the specific payment date; payment are fully earned at the time of transaction. The length of your subscriptions will depend on the type of subscription plans that you choose when you signed up.

D)  Subscription Cancellation: You can cancel your membership subscription at any time. However, you should keep in mind that you may not continue to have access to RxPharmChat services through the end of your billing/subscription period. To cancel, go to your membership/account homepage on our website and follow the instructions for subscription cancellation.

E) Refunds: While we strive to provide the best services and anticipate all our user’s needs, we understand that our users may choose to part ways with us. Thus, payments on RxPharmChat are nonrefundable and there are no refunds or credits for partially used membership periods. When you cancel your membership or subscription, keep in mind that you may not continue to have access to the service through the end of your billing or subscription period. When we provide a refund,
discount, or other consideration, the form and amounts of such refunds or credits in some cases, and the decision to provide them, will be made at our absolute discretion. Please note that under no circumstances will the approval of refunds, or credits in some cases, at any point in time carry to similar situations in the future. F) We reserve the right to change subscription plans and pricing for services provided on our website at any time as we may decide based on our absolute discretion. Unless expressly provided in our Terms of Use or policy, any price changes to your subscription plans will take effect following
a proper communication or notice to you.
